Vector Phase 2 - Less NHT BoLs
NHT Bills of Lading Reduction Phase!
New BOL Procedure: READ CAREFULLY
Now that Vector is up and running, we are adding the next phase; removing the NHT BOL and adding our new Weigh Ticket Form. Please read carefully and take a picture so you have reference. It will also be posted.
*The ONLY time you will use the NHT BOL is when the shipper doesn't have their own or if a signature is required for In-Out times.
PICK-UP DRIVER:
- Receive paperwork from shipper (if they don't have their own, use a NHT BOL)
- Write the NHT order# on top of the first page
- If you scale the load, use the weigh ticket pad.
- Attach the paperwork together and hand it in to the office.
DELIVERY DRIVER:
- Receives paperwork
- If you scale the load, use the weigh ticket pad.
- Get all pages of the customer (or NHT if applicable) BOL's signed.
- *SEND ALL PAGES THROUGH VECTOR* (except weight tickets)
- Put all paperwork in your envelope and hand in upon return
*For In-Out times, there is a macro on the IVG for you to use. If the customer needs to sign off on it, use an NHT BOL for it. Dispatch will notify you if this is necessary
The weigh ticket pads will be in the drivers room, please take only one at a time.
